Peter Lind & Company : ウィキペディア英語版
Peter Lind & Company

Peter Lind & Company is the name of a private building contractor with bases in Central London & Spalding in Lincolnshire.
==History==

The Original company was founded in 1915 by Herman Peter Thygesen Lind (b. 14.9.1890 d. 1.12.1956) a Danish engineer. In 1980 the company, subsequent to a failed project in the Mole Valley and a docks lock-out in Merseyside was forced to call in the famous firm of receivers W.H. Cork Gully & Company who sold off the assets. A group of former employees purchased certain rights and recommenced construction operations which carry on today.〔(National Archives )〕
During the Second World War the company was a significant builder of Mulberry harbour units.〔Hartcup, p. 94〕
Major construction projects undertaken by the company have included Waterloo Bridge in London (completed in 1945)〔(The Ladies Bridge ) Concrete Construction, 1 March 2006〕 and the BT Tower in London which was completed in 1964 by Peter Lind's son in law Thomas Jaeger.〔(Post Office Tower )〕
